Refund Policy

Online Training and skill Course Purchases are final and Non-Refundable Online courses are non-refundable: Once the course is purchased/accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All online training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. We can assist you to get started with the course if you are having any trouble.

Exchange Allowed

Participant will be allowed to exchange with other course of equivalent or lesser value, if course is not accessed within 3 days of purchase. Exchange request must be received by email or through contact us form at our website. www.A1Skills.com

No exchange will be granted if the request is more than 3 days after the purchase date.

Multiple payments for the same course: In case participant made extra payment (same course bought multiple times) for the same course, refund will be issued upon request. If you have any questions about this policy please contact us at by sending query from contract us form or email us.

Course Transfer Policy

A1 Skills does not permit the transfer of enrolled or purchased courses to another course or user under normal circumstances. All course registrations are considered final and non-transferable.

However, in exceptional cases, a transfer may be granted at the sole discretion of A1 Skills, provided a formal written request is submitted by the enrolled user. Approval of such requests is subject to internal review and may require supporting documentation. A1 Skills reserves the right to deny any transfer request without obligation to provide justification.
